Worth My Salt is written by Amber Hoover. I work in publishing by day, and by night I cook big meals in my tiny Brooklyn kitchen. I am a member of the Park Slope CSA, and a frequent farmer’s market visitor. I suffer through New York winters, waiting for the day when I can eat the first peach of the season while standing over the kitchen sink. I am fearless in the kitchen, except for canning (working on that fear), and I will eat almost anything except cilantro (yes, I’m one of those–I can’t help it).
